Job Description:
*Directs and coaches scrum team members on Agile best practices.
*Removes impediments and fosters an environment for a high-performing team.
*Promotes cooperation across scrum teams. Leads sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives.
*Creates sprint summary reports and development sprint plans. Works with stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements and compliance.
*Assists with decomposing needs and requirements into user-stories, then to developer tasks
*Validates stakeholder requirements are mapped in Jira and metrics are reported.
Education/Experience:
(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
